The weekend after the girls trip was Relay for Life and my group the Flip Flop Flamingo's (which is a group of girls and there Moms and Grandmothers that have been friends for ever) raised over 3,000 dollars, not bad for about 24 girls. We walked and ate through the rain and everything else till about 2:00a.m. then decided to pack it up. We did win an award for best new team among 17 total new teams.( hey we know we are the best every where we go) Here are some pics
And there has been an addition to the Harmon Hooligans, no I'm not pregnant but we have a dog before I introduce him let me say I wanted a fu fu dog, a lap dog, and most important a girl dog since there will be no girl for me. This folks is what we rescued from the animal shelter at Pet Smart for a low sum (ha ha) of $150.
His name is ?
Nacho Bellgrande Harmon
And he is growing on me a little everyday.
Last Day of school for me was 5/22 this was the fastest school year ever for me, but it does not seem like summer yet because Cole is still in school that whole Paulding County starting a week after us and they get the week in February. He is not thrilled with me and Carson being home without him. Speaking of Carson I wrote that last Daycare check and it felt good. My Mom retires July 17th and will be keeping him next year.(Yeah!!!) He will go to preschool for 2 days a week next year at church, because we can't have him completely out of structure. He needs structure.
Memorial Day was also my Sister Lea-ann's 40th birthday weekend. Wow I have a sister who is 40 that is scary. We had originally planned a trip but that did not workout, so we went out to dinner and offered to take her out on the boat for her birthday celebration but when we woke up on Sunday it was not sunny and she backed out. The clouds and cold water did not stop us.
